Exclusions:

Damage to city, road, or touring bikes caused by commercial use, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or any other abnormal and ordinary use of the product.

Damage to all mountain bikes other than cross-country and bike marathons or any other abnormal and ordinary use of the seat.

Warranty Disclaimer

You must, at your own expense, deliver, mail, or ship the damaged parts, photographs of the defective parts and a detailed description of the defects, together with the original documentation and this Limited Warranty Statement, to the authorized dealer. The dealer where you purchased your bike will contact Cranston to determine if the required repairs are covered by the warranty.

Note: This warranty does not affect the legal rights of the consumer, and applicable local laws will take precedence over the contents of this Warranty Agreement.

CRANSTON guarantees a five year warranty for its bicycle frames and front forks.

Safety buckle, handle, adjusting screw, hyun chain shaft, threaded shaft, slotted shaft, quick release clamp, adjusting screw, VRO clip ring, upper cover, seat cushion rail clamp, seat cushion clamp,connecting holder, hub, shift lever, rear derailleur, front derailleur, rear derailleur hanger. crank(excluding chain ring), light(excluding bulb)VAI.Mounted light, VAl.

Battery lights, rear shelf lights, rear tail lights, handlebars, and headsets are guaranteed for 3 months, and other consumable parts are not covered by the warranty.

For example: tires, inner tubes, chains, mudguards, steel wires, bells, brake pads, light bulbs, brake cables, transmission cables, baskets, etc., are not covered by the general parts warranty (for any other matters, please refer to the national standards).

Failure or damage caused by any of the following conditions during the warranty period will not be covered by the warranty. The local dealer will be happy to provide repair service, subject to cost or labor charges as appropriate.


-Failure to comply with the terms of the instruction manual

-Failure to use (e.g., number of riders, load volume or weight, and other handling precautions, etc.)

-Failure to carry out proper maintenance as per the maintenance manual.

-Accidental collision or misuse

-Running in places where bicycles are not suitable for use.

-Improper use for business rental or unauthorized use.

-War, acts of God, or other force majeure.

-Repair by a store not authorized by the Cranston Warranty.

-Modification or alteration of the original specifications, color, or replacement of parts other than those specified by Cranston.

-Punctured by nails, glass, cutting chips, sharp stones, or other foreign objects, resulting in air leakage or a flat tire.

-Failure to maintain or replace consumables on time results in failure or damage to other parts.
